I’ve been coming to this Starbucks location for years and have never had an experience like the one I had today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. After tasting it, I realized the drink didn’t taste right, so I parked and went inside to politely explain the issue. The employee who assisted me, Aliyah, unfortunately had an attitude from the beginning of the interaction. I was asked to wait. The wait was about 10 minutes for the drink to be remade. When she brought the replacement, she asked if there was enough caramel drizzle, and there still wasn’t. She then remade it again, but continued to have an attitude throughout the interaction. When the final drink was ready, she slid it across the counter without making eye contact or saying anything. I completely understand that mistakes happen, and I had no problem waiting for my drink to be remade. However, as a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect the item I ordered to be prepared correctly and to be treated with courtesy and respect while the issue is being resolved. I’m spending my money at this establishment, and I don’t feel that asking for the drink I ordered to

As a barista at another location, this is often a store I go to as well. I wanted to shout out (I think her name is) Stephanie! Shes always so upbeat and nice in the drive through. Didnt rush us when my son was telling her ALL about his first day of 2nd grade lol thanks again for the conversation lol the drink was amazing too 🫶🏻

Drinks at this location have been terrible lately... My usual favorite (matcha latte) I pay extra for more scoops of matcha but you can barely taste it. It's like I'm just drinking milk.

Love our Romeoville Starbucks. This team is alway locked in. Today, the staff at starbuck make it extra special by; helping our family celebrate an engagement 💍. Thank you. Food was yummy, coffee was crafted with skill, now off to the engagement party to make one baby sister a bride 😭💚👰🏼‍♀️

is my order while I was leaving Ross, and when I arrived, my drink was ready for me. The employees were polite. The atmosphere of this location was pretty calm. I got the pecan crunch oat milk latte and it was so good.
